FAQs
First time clients should book “Classic Facial + Consult” if you’re unsure about what your skin needs. Products and future treatment recomendations wll be given at that appointment.
If possible, please arrive with bare face and arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time. Consent form should be filled out prior to your appointment (sent when appointment is confirmed.) If you are not able to come in with a bare face/no makeup that is okay we will always start with a double cleanse.
No, card on file will not be charged prior to appointment. At the end of the appointment card on file can be used for payment, or you are free to bring in another card or cash. Please no Cash App or Venmo.
We understand that life happens, but if you are aware that you cannot make it to your appointment please contact us via phone, text or email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a 50% charge on your card. No Call/No Shows will be charged 100% of the cost of service booked.
If you are aware that you are going to be late to your appoinment please reach out to us asap. Appoinments will be cancelled after 15 minutes and will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Not at all! If you are not comfortable with me posting your pictures online, I will not post the pictures. I do highly encourage before and after pictures to be taken even if they are not shared to make sure we are on the right track with your skin progress.
Absolutley! Although I specialize in treating acne, i still work with any and every skin type. Skin care can be for preventative and corrective purposes and every treatment we offer is 100% customized to YOUR skin.
YES! There are many treatments that are pregnancy safe, please make sure you you let your esthetician know if you are expecting to make sure we are providing safe treatments for you and baby
Unfortunately Accutane is a contraindication for many treatments including the acne bootcamp peels. If you are on Accutane you need to wait at least 6 months after you are off of it to recieve these treatments.
When recieving corrective treatments, it is very important to make sure you are using the products your esthetician recommends to reach your skin goals and maintain your skin. If you are recieving chemical peels it is a requirement to purchase your basic skin needs such as cleanser and sunscreen. We understand if a whole regimen is not in your budget, we can hold off on chemical peels until you are able to do so. We also have payment plans through Shop Pay for skincare if needed. All products are non-refundable due to the nature of the products.
