Redness and warmth for 24–72 hours (similar to a sunburn)

Apply SPF 30+ daily
Let your skin naturally flake and renew — don’t pick
Day 1:
Redness and tightness are normal. Stick to hydration and SPF. No exercise or makeup.
Days 2–3:
Flaking may begin. Keep skin moisturized and avoid exfoliating.
Days 4–7:
Skin should begin to feel smoother and calmer. You may resume gentle actives after Day 5–7 if skin feels fully recovered.
